LCD Flat TV Has Been a Life Saver |

The past few days I've had the flu and if it weren't for the LCD flat TV I think I may have lost my mind. I've been spending most of my time in the bed and the LCD flat TV has been a life saver. The first day I was sick, I didn't feel like doing anything but sleeping, but then once I had slept all that I could, I didn't feel like reading and staring at the walls wasn't my idea of a way to pass the time. After a while, my husband suggested that he bring the LCD flat TV in from our bedroom into the guest room, which is where I had been sleeping so that I wouldn't infect my husband or keep him awake at night with the coughing and sneezing.
Up until that point, I hadn't even thought about bringing the LCD flat TV from our room, and had even been considering spending some time lounging on the sofa, but I didn't have to thanks to my wonderful husband. During the summer last year, I'd bought the Philips USA 19" Widescreen 720p LCD HDTV Monitor that I found for a great price at Shop For Home Theater whose online store can be found by visiting www.shopforhometheater.com for my husband for his birthday. He had mentioned wanting an LCD flat TV for our bedroom, and I figured that it would be the perfect gift when he turned 40. I was right. From the time he set up the LCD flat TV, he's watched the news in bed every evening followed by Jay Leno. What I didn't ever suspect is that I would be the one to really come to appreciate the LCD flat TV when I didn't feel like getting out of bed because of this flu.
This morning my husband mentioned that he was going to pick up some movies for me, so that I could watch them on the LCD flat TV while he was at work tonight. He's also promised to make dinner, and have some fruit sliced so that I can have access to it with minimum effort. I also hope that after my visit to the doctor tomorrow that he says that I'm no longer contagious and that I can actually start getting around people again. Having the LCD flat TV as my only friend has not been the most fun, plus I miss my children and all that has been going on with them at school. At least they can call me and tell me how their day is going, but that's definitely not enough. It’s time to say goodbye to the LCD flat TV and hello to the real world again. |
