It is that time of the year again. You know what time I’m talking about, the season of crazy shoppers and wish lists otherwise known as the Christmas season. I happen to be one of those people who love this time of the year and all its madness. I start my shopping early and I do my best to avoid the crowds by shopping online, even for larger products such as the LCD flat TV that happens to be on my husband’s wish list this year. Most of the time, I can find better prices online than in the stores, so why should I wait in line with 100 crazed shoppers so that I can hopefully buy a LCD flat TV that they have offered for a special price? With Thanksgiving just around the corner, that means all the retailers are gearing up to what is known as Black Friday. I think it should be changed to 'Crazy' Friday instead, since people tend to lose their minds all for the sake of saving a few dollars on a specific product. Don't get me wrong, I am a sucker for a good bargain, but I'm not standing in line to buy my husband an LCD flat TV even though he has hinted several times about the price that a local store is advertising them for next week. What my darling husband doesn't realize is that I have already had my eye on an LCD flat TV for him as a Christmas gift, and plan to order it sometime in the next week or so. The price I'm planning to pay for the LCD flat TV is a little more expensive than the one in the store, but the difference is, the LCD flat TV that I'm ordering has a 42 inch screen and the LCD flat TV on sale at the department store has a 32 inch screen. The LCD flat TV that I'm going to order is a much better deal overall, plus I don't have to leave the comforts of home to get it.
