video games, plasma hdtvOne of the most fun video games is the Wii system. Not only is the Wii one of the most entertaining of video games, it's also great exercise. Instead of sitting on the couch and playing console games, people have to get off the couch and move to play the Wii games. They are even more fun to play with a plasma HDTV or LCD TV. The screen resolution is so awesome when playing on these high definition televisions sets. All my family have Wii games and when we visit each other, we often play the games together. Nothing brings out the competitive streak in each of us like the Wii games do. They are great exercise for us and they also help maintain our hand-eye coordination.

Sometimes we take these games a little too seriously when we are playing, but when it's all done, we are usually laughing and having a riot. Afterwards, we don't feel so guilty about sitting down and having a delicious meal and indulging in a dessert afterwards. Without the Wii, we'd all be packing on pound after pound.
